• Students seeking admission in any of the courses have to be first registering themselves with the institute by paying registration charges prescribed application given by counter for getting the seat reserved for admission provisionally and has to attach the necessary testimonials in original and photocopies along with the 4 photographs.

 

• Submitted application form and the necessary documents will then be processed by the institute and send to the University for Approval being checked at our end.

 

• Selection or rejection is the sole discretion of the college management.

 

• Students will be selected on the merit basis conducted and on pro-rata basis only.

 

• All admission is subject to UGC guidelines and the university entitles to enforce from time to time so please get the update from the displayed board inside the college.

 

• Students should be regular in attending their all classes, 75% of attendance is mandatory in all subjects failing which you may be debarred and sole Desecration College.

 

• Students have to be participating in all activities NSS Scouts NCC and other events too that organized time to time.

 

• Habitual absence late comer indecent behavior in zero-tolerance zone, it leads to expulsion suspension and offense too please take it seriously.

 

• Expected to all ensure to maintain total decorum and protocol without any excuses. In the running class mobile phone and unnecessary roaming prohibited. Violation of such acts and deeds adversely affects your careers.

 

• Students will be solely responsible for their own belongings. However, institutes under security zone.

 

• Boozing, smoking drinking and objectionable eating items dis-allowed, ragging including unpleasant interaction to others within the premises is offense and punishable too. If found to do so, any negligence, we reserved the right to cancel the admission. No refund fee etc. Whatsoever will be denied?

 

• Outsiders are totally disallowed, however, it may consider subject to prior permission and entry properly in register lying with the security guard.

 

• A paid fee will not be refunded, in special case, it will be under the decision of governing board and will be final.

 

• Students have to pay the dues balance, remaining part thereof fee well in them to avoid levy or other charges, in case of delay intimate to us with valid reason otherwise if, admission will be regret & students will be sole responsible.

 

• Student ware advised attending the class in proper prescribed uniform along with identity card and class ware tools. Please get in touch to a cooperative store for the uniform.

 

• Subject wise assignments practical works presentation projects shall be submitted in time failing which students will be responsible.

 

• Every student must follow the set rules of a library, computer, Science, and Geo Lab, issued or taken articles items be careful. Damage or spoilage – pilferages in any form or kinds, or ignorance etc concerned authority may be empowered to recovery as per rules prescribed.

 

• NSS, Scouts or NCC or of any activates as involved ensure to self-discipline and obey the strict instruction to your team leader. Outbound camp training expenses etc whatsoever contributory as per norms as this welfare activates are running at college SFS project.

 

• You are advised to get in touch regularly regarding new information to update yourself from display board or counter every day before leaving the college.

 

• Damages any belonging to college property goodwill of college teachers, defining norms of an obedient student or any contra norms ragging smoking students community objectionable deed and act etc will attract the server penalty recovery or treated as in offense categories, please note.

 

• All disputes pertaining to admission or any matter too, college management has jurisdiction and their decision to be acceptable by all. No, any adjudication entertains to maintain the healthy GURU- Disciples close circuit relationship and requested to adhere, please.
